Who Owns Test Results?

As a tenant in the State of Nevada, may I obtain a copy of mold test results without going through my landlord?

The Bye Bye Mold™ policy is that whoever orders and purchases the mold testing owns the results.

If your landlord refuses to give you the mold result documents he purchased, you can always have tests done yourself, regardless of the law of your local state. In other words, whether or not you are entitled to your landlord’s test results, you can always have your own tests done; and your own tests belong to you.
