Penicillium is a genus of ascomyceteous fungi Kingdom: Fungi
Cladosporium is a genus of fungi:

Acute invasive aspergillosi, and disseminated invasive aspergillosis. Aflatoxins are produced by Aspergillus species; Aflatoxin B1 is a known carcinogen.
Some strains of Penicillium are capable of producing harmful secondary metabolites: alkaloids and other mycotoxins. Ochratoxin A is produced by Penicillium verrucosum causes kidney damage.
Molds create mycotoxins ( toxin produced by an organism of the fungus kingdom) Mycotoxins are the poisons that make everyone sick. In addition, people become allergic to mold based on individual sensitivities and the extent of exposure.
