Ten year old trailers called TCUs (transposable classroom units) in which classes are being held are literally infested in mold and falling apart, but the kids are still having classes in them. Time to dispose of the units and provide real classrooms for PS48. The TCUs at PS 48 are just a few of the 350 TCUs in New York city. There is supposed to be a five year plan to eliminate TCUs, but ask us again in five years if they’re still there.\
